Absolutely horrible service. I'm not sure how they are for simple stuff like ICBC, but for home insurance for investors they are useless.

Very poor customer service All the time fee I felt like it bothered them. The agent calls her supervisor to get answers, then she hang out and say β€œuseless” Like why I have to deal whit the attitude of your agents? Also because she can’t do what I need She send me to Mckenzie location So what’s the point of this icbc in sooke?? Just to send people to different offices

Very difficult process getting my claim finalized. I emailed someone looking into my case with all the information necessary but I haven't heard back and it's been over a week

Bree and Chelsea have both been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping my husband and myself navigate getting our BC drivers licenses, applying for MSP, and getting our BC services cards. As newcomers to British Columbia, their advice and helpfulness has been super. We really appreciate their assistance and will continue using this branch. Thanks!

This company had the worst customer service possible customer relations. Could not get a clear answer to any of my inquiries. Only after asking to speak to the manager did I begin to move forward with my claim. I simply would not direct anyone to this outfit. Sincerely Francine Illien

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. Very slow at getting back to you. I was in accident on a Friday, the following Monday they sent email asking for all the info regarding accident that i already gave them on Friday, so that shows level of communication they have with themselves so no wonder not very good for a client. I felt i had to call them on wed as I emailed my adjuster R.Brumner the Tuesday to see if she received my answers to her email and then had to call her Thursday and Friday because again, no one reached out. I also called the office where i received my insurance from, to be advised neither the advisor A. Heslop or adjuster were available. As this is my very first incident in over 35 yrs, I needed assistance. questions arise in regard to , what if i needed a vehicle to drive now, what if i was out of province, out of city, i would feel lost and stuck. Why do I have to keep calling you back when ICBC stated I am 0% at fault?

Bree is amazing! She helped my mom get her license despite many issues with Service Ontario. She took the time to guide us and offered solutions instead of simply turning us away. She cares and therefore very happy with her services! Thank you, Bree!!

Excellent service with knowledgeable staff for my out of town visit for car insurance. They even helped me researching a few family plans that we made in the area. The office is clean and easily accessible with ample parking. My overall experience was top notch. They even included a cup of coffee β˜•οΈ during my wait ? Thanks ladies!
