b	bangthatdrum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mcdonalds, take note: The woman who manages this location is inept and incredibly rude to customers and abusive to staff. Seriously, we frequent this location regularly and she is always a problem, gets our order wrong, doesnt ask if we would like anything else, then blames us claiming we ordered something we didnt instead of considering she misheard. Shes unprofessional and makes the entire restaraunt look bad. The other staff there can back this up. Ive never been treated so poorly. If it doesnt get better we will stop going there entirely.
J	Justin Hiscox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with the family to eat and we stood by the tills waiting for almost 15 min before even some one came to take our order even tho they seen us standing there. Finally some one took out order and we sat down to eat it. Two meals were made right the third one well that was another story completely the wrong meal. Needless to say i went to talk the supervisor and he told me that he will have it fix and to bring it out to me. I said ok thats fine and he said it will be a couple minutes. So i went to sit down with the family. Honestly 20 minutes later no one came to the table with my food honestly i thought they were busy. So I went back up and asked for my food and the same guy that dealt with me said i was calling your number and you never came. I said to him you never told me a number or gave me a receipt you simply told me to sit down and you will bring it out to me. Then he said to me very Rudely I never said that well if that was the case i would have never left to sit with my family. Then he freaked out even more on me in front of customers which they left after seeing him like that. I asked for my money back and he refused to give it to me I had to fight with the guy to even get it back. After this i will never come back to this place again very rude staff with horrible customer service.

We waited 20 minutes for our order and when I went up to the window to get my money back, they told me I got my order. Which I hadn't, to which she replied "oh.. well we must have given it to the wrong person." No apology no offer for anything. So again I told her to give me my money back. She looked at me and said yeah yeah ok." I'm really taken aback at this behavior, I understand employers are having a hard time keeping employees but this is ridiculous. I thought customer service was still a thing... apparently it isn't for them.

The new management makes employees clear the order as soon as it comes up so they have good franchise statistics, as a result almost every other customized meal is messed up. Not to mention the meals are thrown together as fast and lazily as possible so you end up with a scrunched up bun and cheese hanging out the side. Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s venue I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting.
t	touringteg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small location and they were doing a great with a Victoria Day morning rush. Thanks for getting our mobile order ready quickly and accurately. Double egg on the bacon egger is good stuff. You can even do triple egg.

Twise I had to go in after checking the bag in the parking lot And once I was in a hurry so I couldnt check so I emailed in rather than leaving a review because everyone makes mistakes. But this is just getting stupid now. Its not the staff fault. If the management acttualy cared they would ensure staff were properly trained to double check what they are handing out. Ive decided to just stop going

This location only screws up 2% of my orders and never responds to phone calls to complain about the order, pretty good ratio ,though. They charge 25c for a bag now, ridiculous. Why they don't build this into their pricing boggles the mind. They serve food, the taste is always the same, consistency bonus. So, 5 star.
