★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server here was soooo nice and welcoming. We ordered the chicken wings to start with the route 14 rub and our server knew what she was talking about when she said they were good. I could have honestly ordered three servings of these wings! For mains I had the heritage greens salad with grilled chicken while my boyfriend had the short ribs. The salad was decent but I found the chicken pieces on the smaller size. I had a taste of the short ribs and they were delicious and tender but I wished that the sauce was thicker and stuck to the ribs more. We also shared a bowl size of the bacon chowder which was tasty. Seating wise there was lots of space on the patio and we felt safely distanced from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were hoping for the best but we were underwhelmed. Food was average in taste, no pizazz or wow flavours. We had the Rib and wing combo and the beef dip…..good news was the ribs were good, not great but good. The bun for the beef dip was cold and sorta cooked… again the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great! Maybe next time. Maybe…. Staff was great though!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for dinner as it was listed as one of the top restaurants in Sooke. Our server was great, friendly and they were sanitizing/cleaning up before seating any new guests. For the food, appetizers with the mussels and rolls were tasty. However for the main course the lamb chops were disappointingly small and the burger patty was slightly over cooked, I expect better for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous meal! I had the seafood chowder and my friends had fish & chips and mussels. The mussels portion was huge and the fish batter was light and crispy. Lots of gluten free options too. The pumpkin cheesecake was amazing! Great service. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ridiculously good. Service was phenomenal and food was beyond expectations. Some of the freshest and most well prepared mussels we've ever had and the chicken + goat cheese baguette (pictured) was to die for. Fries were clearly made to order and very crispy. A must visit while in Sooke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the good reviews, we were disappointed. The lamb was good, but the salmon was dry and the soup was a mediocre tandoori tomato soup (sounds better than it tastes). Maybe my expectations were too high, but I really thought we would have some awesome meals, especially for $25 to $30 each.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an early dinner there today. It’s prime rib Sunday and and it goes fast, and it’s Mother’s Day so they handled the families very well. I don’t eat a lot of red meat but my partner does and he really likes the prime rib. Quality cut of meat. I order salmon and it’s always great, but today I ordered the Cobb salad. Brooklyn was our server today and she’s awesome - friendly and professional and knowledgeable. You won’t go wrong if you eat there.
