Stood at shoe section waiting for assistance had to go and ask if anyone cld help us. One employee came over and was stand offish and short with us. Beyond ridiculous.

I understand due to COVID-19 things have changed but to have some stores that will not let you try things on and others will and God for bid if you touch their product I mean what is the difference of you trying something on in the change room or buying it and taking it home and trying it Finding out that it’s the wrong size and bringing it back to the store.

The manager on the other hand was very rude, very unprofessional, not only to us but also to other customers in the store. Not impressed by her attitude, which will make me think twice about shopping there again in the Vernon store. Sure not great for your busness to have a manager like that.
C	Chauna Lutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with your Vernon store. My son & father went in on July 7th doing due diligence to buy a new scooter as his had broken down. They had a sale on and the sku 4892-56382033-010093 was marked as $149.00 they called me and I met them outside village green mall. We then went back into the store together and she after them testing the scooter, had changed the price to $229.00 not the $149.00 price that on there when they tested the scooter 10 minutes previous to me getting to the store. She said no that was not the correct price. Obviously I had to proceed with the $100 at least increase with tax increase as my son had his heart set on it - he is 10 years old. Total purchase $256.48 cashier 42726 trans 61908 july 7th 2020. We purchase everything from your store pretty much every few weeks from school pants to shorts to shirts to sweatshirts, helmets, jackets you name it. She was very unprofessioal and not very nice and I cannot believe she would do that to a 10 year old boy. Not impressed. I also made a large online purchase when you were shut down for COVID.
