★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only wish the insurance brokers I deal with in Vancouver were as good as Capri in Vernon. Kind, informative, excellent guidance on whats needed to home, car, motorcycle. Don't want to sound like a commercial but these folks have not disappointed me in the few years I have been dealing with them. After a having to deal with a Johnston Meier in north Van this weekend, Capri only looked even better.

We use Capri Insurance for all of our corporate insurance and auto insurance ... the following team members were always ready to respond to any question(s) I have, any special request(s) and change(s), or/and in the few rare cases, issues in a very timely manner - Stacey Barber, Denyse Chambers, and Kayla Webster.
I DO NOT have any hesitation recommending Capri Insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got back home to Lake Country from dealing with Jeremy at Capri in Vernon. What a breath of fresh air that experience was, compared to the branch in Winfield. From the time we went in the front door to when our business was completed, was so efficient, friendly and prompt. Plus we even had a fresh cup of coffee. Keep up the good sevice we will be back. Nice to meet someone who knows what he is doing. Plus we met Deanne as well, who was also very pleasant as was the young lady who delivered our coffee.......??? Thank you Babs and Jeff Jones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mobile service that Capri provides is a game changer.
When the Nissan dealer said Capri could be there in 5 minutes I thought yeah right, might as well make myself comfortable on the couch.
4 minutes later Brenda from Capri arrived (like the Wolf from Pulp Fiction) and laid out an array of plate types to choose from.
Found Brenda to be knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. She took the time to price out the various options I was interested in and provided realistic advice on their true value.
I used to deal with Baron Insurance but Capri has definitely won me over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new atv and delt with Mary for extended insurance. She was amazing at answering all my questions and was very enjoyable to talk to. I will give all my insurance needs to Capri CMW insurance because of my painless and enjoyable experience with Mary. Hope this is seen by management and Mary is recognized for her top self customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their company policy is to discriminate against individuals with a mask exemption! They will make you do signatures and paperwork OUTSIDE!
Not to mention the employee who was not wearing her mask then proceeds to tell me I had to go outside! "She is allowed to take her mask off"
No common sense in this business. They have more plexiglass glass than a hockey rink. If all your social distancing, glass and masks work then why do you single me out to wait outside.
EMBARRASSING!
I wish I had never sent you so much business for the last 5 years!
