Called Trail Tire on our way through Vernon because we noticed some bad vibration in the steering wheel. Nick told us to come right in. They redid the balance right away, back on the road in no time. Thx Nick for the great Service!

They got our vehicle in right away ended up being front diff found one got it in as well as ujoints front and back. Offered us a courtesy car. Customer service was excellent I would recommend this crew to anyone and everyone needs work. Very professional and customer oriented. Even washed our vehicle. Great job thanks.

First off, If you want quick tire service, This they can do. If you Ask them to check the wiring on your trailer, this they cannot do. I brought my cargo trailer in to have the brakes checked out and a tire replace. When I returned to pick the trailer up, I found the trailer on two 6x6 blocks stacked with jack fully extended, Some items that had been neatly stacked were strewn about the interior and brakes still did not work. When inquired inside, the response was "It's your brake controller" Classic first response. I was too angry to even confront the staff at the time. Being a trades person (electrician), I believe in supporting other trades and local business. This was a very unprofessional, unethical and confrontational experience. The photo is how I found the wiring, something I had indicated at the time was a concern. I have since repaired the wiring and brakes now operate as they should. (wiring would have tested okay until under load) Something an experienced tech should have picked up on. I believe I was charged 1.5 hours to diagnose. I re and re in 1.5 hours. and probably with better material and defiantly higher quality job. And you blamed my factory brake controller.... Thank you for your response. Yes this is the same trailer. 1) this is a single axel commercial cargo trailer used on occasion for personal use. Until recently, other than the lack of braking power, there had not been any issues. Recently, I went on a trip through a rain storm and a problem presented itself dramatically. 2) When I brought the trailer in, I specified that the brakes were working but not at 100 percent. I was concerned there was a wiring issue. I was supper overworked at the time and had brought it to the professionals to 3) I regret I had not taken a picture prior to snipping off connectors, but this is how I found the JB (originally not your work but this is where the electrical problem originated), the connectors were the insulation cut and clamp style. not suitable for wet location and no cover on the JB. The lead for the actual brakes was corroded. Due to the condition of the existing JB and associated wiring, it was more prudent to re do the whole arrangement the to just do a quick fix. 4) When paying, I what the issue was, and was told everything was in good working order. Yes all the wiring did work, the brakes would have worked too, but due to the corrosion they would not have worked well. It would have appeared that a slamming brake test would have been done given the condition of the contents of the trailer. The real issue was and is; a) The condition of the contents b) The trailer being on two 6x6 blocks stacked with jack fully extended. (what truck would you have used and why was it left this way?) I had to knock it off the blocks by myself, A bearded gentleman came out to collect the blocks after. Oh and it is a low riding 12' trailer. c) I came in and said to the young guy at the counter that the brakes were still not working properly. This is when he said that it was my brake controller. A matter a fact statement. d) Like I indicated, at the time I was dually over worked and didn't have the time to deal with someone that just didn't understand, have the experience to solve the problem or the ability to communicate. Addressing this clearly would have cost me time and money. Things I cherish. My truck is more than capable of stopping a 12' single axel trailer. Had the rain and vibrations of the gravel road not further deteriorated the wiring, This review would never had been done. I Believe May 27 2020 seems to ring a bell.

The guys were just slammed with winter change overs ..they said leave it with us and we will get it done by the end of the day I think they are only open till 5:30 but they worked till 6 and got my truck done..the guys worked hard...I would recommend them for sure ....March 14th 2022 .stopped in before 5 ..they did a tire change over while I waited ...quick and painless..

No courtesy call for a late shipment of my tires to inform me. No apology for wasting my afternoon. After 14 years of being a customer here I don't recommend this shop at all.

I was quoted $340 for breaks, gave my vehicle specs and everything. Happy with quote went to get breaks done, went to pay and ended up with a $700 bill!!!! The guy said I was quoted a standard price and that I had higher grade breaks needed. 1 - I gave my vehicle information so they should have adjusted the quote for my vehicle and 2 - I never got a phone call asking if this was going to be ok!! Updated*** Nick the manager was great and gave a refund to what I was quoted because it was never communicated that I would need different prices breaks.
