He answered all my questions with informative answers. He obviously knows about the cars he sells. Never felt any pressure to buy anything. The finance guy (forgot his name) was very personable and entertaining. I felt at ease throughout the whole process thanks to their professionalism and sense of humour. Oh the car is great too so that's a plus.

I needed a safe, reliable and efficient vehicle for my new job that entails alot of travel. The no pressure, hands on approach was well received. After some extensive test rides, Jesse helped guide me to making a decision that I felt comfortable with. I've already been in for oil changes, and the Service Dept. really puts customer service first. Receiving a call afterwards to ensure satisfaction, really puts a nice touch on what this team is doing. Would I buy from Vernon Hyundai again...easy answer, ABSOLUTELY YES! During the pandemic I was forced to wait at the dealership for hours on end for an oil change to be done and my tire storage with them had skyrocketed. I felt trapped. We needed to be able to walk around town so I phoned up Vernon Hyundai and was greeted by Dan at the service center, he didn't hesitate to take me on as a client. I also lucked out and Dayton had joined Hyundai as well. I have known Dayton for years and had always received exceptional service. We have enjoyed our service with them so much last week we bought a brand new Kona from Dayton and Josh. Everything went so smoothly. I am super impressed. Everything was laid out for me, my phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. Everyone even the sales people I haven't dealt personally with have been wonderful to chat with and answered all my questions. Thanks so much Dan, Dayton, Josh and rest of the Hyundai crew. Looking forward to many more years of exceptional service.
