They went over and above to schedule a time that worked for us, they did everything they said they were going to do, they honoured the warranty without an issue and they fixed our hitch as an extra for us. We did not realize how important it was to set the hitch properly and it has made a huge difference in handling. It tows like a dream now. I cannot thank them enough, they are worth the drive to Vernon every time.

We had what we thought was just an electrical issue with our holiday trailer, had an rv person from another rv shop diagnose it as a "truck issue", had our truck spend half the day in the shop to find out that was not the issue, feeling defeated finally we were able to get in and have the guys at mike rosman look at it and diagnose the real issue. They were great every step of the way, made sure we knew what the issue was, where it was, and how it could be fixed. I would 10/10 recommend their service department!
