★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told they changed a O2 sensor but I’m not sure what was done because the invoice didn’t state in terms the average person could understand what was done. I didn’t ask for an explanation either so I’m partly to blame for that.
I’m not sure that the service department and the sales department communicate with each other very well. I was told that my car would receive a proper cleaning as part of the service but that didn’t happen. I’m not sure why but I’m guessing like so many other businesses it’s a staffing issue.
Please understand that Bannister Honda is in my opinion a great business and tries very hard to do a great job. I’d take my car to them for repairs and/or buy from them again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The paint on the passenger side door of my car was severely damaged (rubbed down to the metal) by the moving company that moved me to Vernon. Trying to get quotes to fix the damage was challenging as most auto body repair places were booking out 2 to 3 weeks, just for a quote. Bannister was one of 3 places I contacted and they were able to provide me with a quote within a few days of contacting them and were also able to provide me with an appointment within a week of getting the approval from the moving company to fix the damage. The finished product was excellent, the color blending from the front door to the back was flawlessly done and they also fixed some small paint chips on the rear door. I would definitely return to Corrie and the team at Bannister again for any future body work that I may have. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great. I'm from North Van and the automall/ Carter is notorious for charging an arm and a leg for service. My first job was a lot boy at Carter Chevy, they know all the tricks to make a lot of money off little work. NOT AT BANNISTER!!! These guys were awesome. Almost a full day of service only cost a couple hundred bucks! Those are dealership rates, they have access to everything you need and they're at garage prices. So good. I'm still waiting for another bill to show up but no, they are honest hard workers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and support. I was very comfortable with the way they followed my instructions on what service to perform and what to hold off on while they performed diagnosis. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Staff were friendly and very eager to help. They even provided a courtesy car at the last minute since they had one available. Fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my winter tires switched over to my all seasons on rims.I really like that they store your tires in a secured area for only $50.00 per a season. Knowing that you do not need to worry about storing your self. When my truck was ready for me ready to pay. I mentioned to the service manager that I need to make another appointment for the recall on the latch of my hood. Right their without any hesitation the service manager said we have the part. He said l could do it right now, if that was fine with me. So I waited 10 minutes and the job was completed.I was so impressed of the service. I forgot the service managers name, but the gentleman has been with Bannister Honda in Vernon for 1 year this pastJanuary. He is so kind polite and professional.Even when it is busy.

When I picked up my truck it was so clean inside and out not to me Tom the amazing work they did. The staff made the process so easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.

Their communication was excellent and they kept us well informed through the whole process. They made it very easy. I was very impressed with how fast they found the parts and scheduled our repair. The loaner vehicle was ready for us when we dropped off our car for repair. The car was shiny clean inside and out when I picked it up. They made it all very easy. I highly recommend Bannister.
