It first started with me phoning on Friday and talking to Tom who walked me through everything with helpful information and answering all questions with such kindness and patience (Thanks Tom!). We were scheduled for a visit this morning and Rob (Water Technician) was INCREDIBLE! He walked us through our system step by step and really knew his stuff. He was helpful with no pressure at all - gave us great information and several options. Rob was so professional and great to talk to - has a wonderful personality. Thank you Rob, Tom, Rick and Watersoft Vernon. We highly recommend you and look forward to dealing with you in the future again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to buy a water softener and Reverse Osmosis Water treatment system from Watersoft BC as they had the best combination of product, warranty and price along with a long history of professional, dependable service. I liked the fact that they do not use proprietary components so that replacement parts and service are available from many sources. Rick and Travis did a great job doing the installation. They arrived on time, cleaned up the mess and the estimated price was the actual price charged, and 3 monthly instalments with zero interest made things a little easier. I would highly recommend Watersoft BC as your water treatment specialists!
