Very friendly service. Highly recommended. Everyone on a city supply (or even well) needs to at least have their water tested, and then probably treated, there’s some nasty stuff in there

Stephen did a great job getting the details up front, he showed up on time and did solid work with the installation. I am very pleased with the operation of both systems and would recommend Okanagan Aquatech to anyone who is looking for a softener or RO system.

I did spend some time getting quotes from all the water treatment businesses in town, they were among the most affordable. and by far the best products, over their competition. (DO YOUR RESEARCH!) they called and asked about showing up early which was no problem, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very professional. It did not take the technician long to install the unit and respected both myself and my house. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I look forward to working with them again down the road for any needed routine maintenance ETC.

His quote was accurate, his suggestions were soundly based on our needs, and installation was superbly laid out. He also demystified the idea that one needs someone every year to service the system. That alone, was enough for us to hire him. The water taste amazing, and Stephen is a breeze to work with. In an era where service seems to have gone down the drain, it nice to meet someone like him who pride himself in offering outstanding service.

I liked the fact that they do not use proprietary components so that replacement parts and service are available from many sources. They did a great job doing the installation. They arrived on time, cleaned up the mess and the estimated price was the actual price charged, I would highly recommend Okanagan Aquatech as your water treatment specialists!
