★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank started leaking Friday morning, a quick call into the crew at Guardian, and within 5 hours we had a technician on our doorstep with a new tank, in case we needed it. Before the tech(Jarritt) even came out, he had priced me the cost of replacement, so AWESOME! He was very clear in his process, and his workmanship was excellent. We had a new tank installation and a furnace cleaning done in a short period of time. The beauty of using Gaurdian, is the fact that they track installations, and it turns out our tank was still under warranty!!! Overall the staff(Brian) in the office, and the tech(Jarritt) made this experience very, very pleasant. It's been our pleasure to use Guardian as a our plumbing and heating specialists.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel valued and taken care of as a customer. We now have been long term customers of Guardian and have had nothing short of exceptional service! Every staff we have dealt with has be 5 stars. They are the best plumbing and heating company in Lloydminster hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had Guardian Plumbing and Heating come in a few times for different issues - water heater, furnace issues and this last one was plumbing - dishwasher installation. Customer service is great and all the technicians are incredibly professional. Im pretty spooked about COVID so they've done everything I requested and more to put me at ease. They explain everything, answer my questions and respect my wishes when in my home. All the technicians have been fantastic in their own way and left good impressions. For example, last time I had Scott in and when he was done, he took the sanitizing wipes that I had left out for him to use as needed and wiped down the surfaces he had touched including the doorknob. It wasn't something I had requested but I was really impressed that he took it upon himself to do something like that. It's the little things like that that matter to me and it meant a lot. Anyways, my house seems to be in need of much tlc so I practically have them on speed dial now but I know once I'm able to have them in the problem will be taken care of properly and permanently. Ah, the joys of home ownership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that came to our house was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful.
He went above and beyond his job to make sure everything was satisfactory and we were happy. He explained everything he was doing and/or gonna do. He also mentioned that carbon monoxide detectors has a life span of 8-10 years that i didn't know about. If looking for a company to do work i would shoot them a call, you won't be sorry about the service. Awesome job Guardian plumbing&Heating staff. Thank you for the good Job.

Follow up calls were made after installation to see if we were satisfied with the work. Very impressed with Guardian Plumbing & Heating.
