I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber. They truly made our holiday season a lot better now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Plumbing and Heating company in the Okanagan. I have called many companies for furnace problems and have been ripped off by so many. Jack and his son are by far the best I have ever met. Honest, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable.....I can't say enough good things about them. After 3 years of my furnace quitting every winter, and no one being able to figure it out, J&E fixed the problem in 45 min's and it only cost $90!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. As many people can relate, I don't know much about water softeners. I needed to have mine cleaned and serviced since it was about 15 years old. Their technician did the work and his final recommendation was that the softener was not working, but the water quality after 2 tests was more than sufficient to not need a softener. therefore he recommends we don't get one. The honesty was amazing. Other companies may have pushed an expensive softener on me, but they did not. Very much appreciated and respected.
