They are pleasant to deal with and we were happy to renovate beside them as they are respectful and very knowledgeable, from the office to the technicians. Each employee treated our job as though he/she owned the company. Nathan the owner listened to our needs and made suggestions that are invaluable for what were trying to achieve in the hotel we were constructing. They are there in a flash for any service/maintenance that needs to be done. We will be using them for our expansion of Hotel Lux.

He assessed the situation and determined the most effective and efficient solution to my problems. The workers that fixed the issue were approachable, polite and stayed to finish the job - they didn't leave until after 7 pm to ensure that the job was done and I had heat. The communication and the quote was prompt and talking to the owner to discuss possible options was understandable and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. 100% happy with the work.

M	Mike Fennema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferguson's estimate came in slightly higher than the competition but we liked the time they took to do a thorough evaluation before providing a quote. When contacted to answer further questions a reply was received within a day and the business owner came back to provide further clarification. They arrived on schedule. Our gas plumbing install was done the more labour intensive traditional black pipe method. Much effort was taken to minimize plumbing intrusivness. Even the utility inspector commented on the high quality workmanship. The stove installation was done quickly with no mess left behind. A minor error was corrected at no aditional charge to the home owner. We are very happy with our new stove and will go back to Ferguson for future additions.

They helped educate me on the plumbing in my house, as well detail every single thing they needed to do / were doing. Very reasonable prices too! I'm definitely impressed with the work done by everyone who came, the plumbers name was Matt (I believe) and the receptionist was very understanding about getting us an appointment, and called when they had a cancellation knowing it was more convenient for myself and household. Thank you Igor all your work, and definitely will be calling if needed another job done in the future!
