This place is supposed to be serving the poor but the prices do not Best to look on line to Goderich Classifieds or Kijiji if you want better quality at a FAIR PRICE

I asked him "how much is the guitar without the case, the cord and the Jimmy Hendrix strap and he still said 70$ the strap the case and the cord are worth at least 30 $ And I don't get at least 10 dollars off also another hugely ridiculous thing I found a 35 dollar amp and it's the same price in a guitar store

We will never donate articles or furniture there again. We are talking about a old captain bed that had a piece off plywood screwed on the bottom.

R	Robin Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience with Parsons. I purchased a used CD/record player from them yesterday and specifically asked if the unit was working. The very pleasant clerk let me know that it had been tested and was working properly. I was surprised when I got home and the turntable was unscrewed and not working properly. When I tried the CD player it skipped every CD. I called parsons to let them know the unit was broken and they offered me a store credit. The unit was $80 and broken, I asked if I could have a refund and was told no. Parsons will sell you garbage and then when you try to take it back they offer a credit for more garbage. Stay away from this store. Update: went in to the store to get my credit and was told it was no longer available. So now they have the unit and my money. It was insinuated that I broke the unit myself after purchase. This is the worst experience I have had in a store in my entire life. Sorry, not sure who responds to your reviews but I never threaded any small claims action. Maybe you are thinking of someone else you ripped off, there seems to be a few of us on here. Anyways, Insurance is covering the issue, ordered a new CD player from Amazon and learnt a valuable lesson ☮️
