Down to earth no-nonsense mechanics. Really happy to know of this place in the Okanagan. I've had a couple big repairs done on my Acura as well as fluid changes, spark plugs etc and I'm always happy with the outcome.

High rating because they truly do an amazing job. honest, professional, makes you feel welcome and was able to fit me in right away and did great work. Made my girlfriend the most comfortable she's ever been with a mechanic and didn't try to pull anything over her eyes. 5/5 stars.

A true saint among mechanics! I had disaster strike when, as a result of a botched oil change from a previous mechanic, my car suddenly ran out of oil and seized up in the middle of nowhere. In the middle of a musical tour, I had to resolve this quickly. It turned out I would actually need a new engine (major surgery). I decided to take a leap of faith and go with a lesser known "independent" rather than a well known chain. My reasoning being that an independent mechanic would give my car his undivided attention (as opposed to a bigger name that probably gets 100 cars a week) Best decision ever! Where do I begin? Mark picked me up at my hotel on his day off! and brought me to his garage to assess the situation. I immediately got a vibe of confidence and honesty from him. with 40 years experience I decided to go with him. I needed the car to be ready soon, on my return leg of my tour (we used a rental to continue). He assured me this would be done. I checked in every other day to see how it was progressing. With every phone interaction, Mark was very personable, patient, and helpful. In the end, when it came time to pick up the car, once again, on saturday, his day off, Mark came to the garage and we finished up business. Then the next day, there was a slight glitch involving worn sparks on the used replacement engine (no fault of Mark's). So on a Sunday (once again his day off), he drove all the way out to kelowna to meet us and help us out! How is that for incredible customer service?!! Since then, the car has been operating great with no issues. Having read, another review here that I thought was overly glowing, I was a bit skeptical. But I must say all the high praise is well deserved. Mark is a prince among mechanics who went above and beyond the call of professionalism for us! My only regret is that he doesn't live in Vancouver. Otherwise he would definitely be my goto guy for my car. Mark, here is another glowing 5 star review for you. Keep up the great work!!

After having a terrible experience with another garage I brought my truck into Mark.. He was great to deal with and got everything fixed up for a reasonable price. Good honest mechanic and he even lent me a courtesy truck. Thanks a lot Mark!!

Awesome service and great work, the only place I'll take my Land Rover to as the dealer couldn't fix issue, Mark had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. My Dad even brings his Range Rover up from Vancouver just so Mark can check it, when he is visiting me. AAA+++

Mark is amazing! My camper van broke down outside Vernon and Mark was more than happy to help. I called four shops and Mark was the only one who was even interested in taking a look at it. He fixed it quickly and was very accommodating with my work schedule regarding when I could come to pick up the van. Best customer service experience I've even had! 10/10 would break down near Vernon again.

It's not often that you run into a mechanic like Mark. My car wouldn't start and I had a busy day ahead... Luckily, I was able to bring it here on short notice! He quickly diagnosed the issue and got it running in no time. Knows what he's doing and provides very good service at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
