★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company! Won't even deliver to the west side of Okanagan Lake, which is still called Vernon. Incredibly bad service! Try getting through on the phone — incredibly BAD SERVICE! Avoid this outdated service!

Waited over a week to get my package but apparently they couldn't find my address (House has been there for 40+years), they didnt even want to help me out in getting it to me! I already provided directions on how to get to my house, they still couldn't find my address, ended up getting someone to pickup the package as I work the same hours as the depot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "It might be here but we're not going to look" than answer I got this morning after something was overnighted there.
Not to mention they have a suspicious delivery range that doesn't include anything on the reserve unless it's in a predominantly white neighbourhood like desert cove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk lady was so unhelpful, and had an awful attitude. She had no knowledge, or insight upon anything and she broke the courrier confidentiality clause. She always released my parcel to a fraudulent person. And she obviously never checked any ID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience dealing with Purolator.
Had sent a package, using 2 day delivery, expected maybe a 2 day delay due to Christmas rush.
Day 8 rolls around and still no package. So I call to put a trace on it.
Took 4 calls before anyone was able to issue a refund.
Took an additional 4 calls before anyone could tell me the package was currently lost.
Had to wait an additional weekend.
On Monday morning made an additional 2 calls before being notified the package was in a truck that had been missing for a week. Turned out the truck was in a ditch and no one in Purolator, save the driver, knew it was there. Tuesday morning comes around and my package is officially found.
Tuesday afternoon finally delivered 12 business days after being sent.
Oh and these papers were needed for the sale of my house. Without them I was losing 150$ per day in interest to my Mortgage.
Only use Purolator for non urgent, non important packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tracker system sits on a bed of lies. I tried to add delivery instructions but was unable to find the option so instead of having package dropped off at the front door with friend upstairs, i have to find time to go pick it up because I was at work at drop off. Got the notice that package was undeliverable at 2am after I already had the pick up slip in my purse. At least I know it is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate that Amazon now uses Purolator for returns instead of Canada Post. It's not convenient and at Purolator you don't even get a receipt. How do I know it won't just "disappear" into someone's car?? Anyway, I had 2 reasonable experiences, other than no receipt and not all that friendly. But this 3rd experience is dismal. Return sat in their office for days before it was even in transit. Now it's almost a week and it's still not to New Westminster in a week??? Poor service.
