I went there regarding some help and then they treated me like their own family member. They build a relation with me like a brother. Iโm impressed with their working style because they treated each other as their family members.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a pallet a gas heater dropped off on July 10 2020 no issues
Driver had pulled into my long driveway
As leaving he jumps a concrete curb, jumps a raised planter bed (over a foot and a half at this point)
Runs over my garbage can, city compost bin and recycling bin that were out for collection, on the sidewalk well clear of the driveway
Keeps going left a huge mess and destroyed bins behind
My neighbor and 3 city workers who were working on my street witness this
I called West Metro Express talked to Azad Bains a manager explained what happened, then emailed him photos
I was able to fix planter, and the city replaced the compost and recycling bin (Though I had to drive the broken smelly bin to the depot) the garbage can was a write off emailed again for follow up asking for the less the $30.00 spent to buy exact replacement
Week later still no response to emails called get he isn't available, and still no call or reply
I understand accidents happen but dude must have known he ran over my planter and bins Didn't stop didn't come to door to tell me
Company just seems to not care
Am going to call the collision reporting center next week , not expecting much from it but driver needs to be more careful
Update on July 21st said the would reimburse me for garbage can, over two weeks later no cheque has arrived
