Their Agent Mr.Sam Shetty entered my basement without mask, the other guy with him entered with shoes on.
I threw them out and he didn't even say sorry.
They should re.teach their agents some basic manners, take mask on and the most important take off their shoes.
Dont send unprofessional agents to peoples houses.

The owner itself is very kind and loving and provides the best solution that fits to customer's needs. Must visit place for any buy or sell. I would highly recommend this place.

If youre a realtor.. the broker cannot be beat !!. Best in the business, super experienced and well versed.. and a stand uo gentleman. Multiple locations, huge offices, fully staffed etc etc.. one of the.. if not "The" fastest growing brokerage Canada.
I've been a realtor here for 17 yrs.. would never and could never leave..
I've seen many leave then come running back.
As for clients.. the experienced broker and large knowledgeable staff are always there and available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Vimmi Kohly show my house to potential buyer and Vimmi not only left my back door unlocked but also left the lock box open with the key to my house in it for anyone to take... I did not use this company for sell my property and caution sellers that if this lady shows your house. Please make sure your house and lock box are both locked. Thankfully I have cameras around my house and know who it was and thankfully no one seen the open lock box. Shame on you Vimmi. Do better in the future.
