My advice to anyone see my review don’t deal with Nigel and Marta broker . They are liars . In the beginning they say every thing is clear but They put me in big problem with the bank at the last minute .

Overall we had a great experience working with Marta & Nigel. As first time buyers and being new to the Canadian market, the process was quite daunting. Nigel and Marta were helpful in providing us information and answering questions to help ease the stress. Marta was especially helpful in the beginning with arranging house viewings that were based on our needs and budget, answering our questions, and highlighting things to look out for during the process.
The lowered stars comes primarily during the house purchasing process. Not sure if it was due to the pandemic and thus us not being able to sit down in person, but there were definitely miscommunications in closing costs/purchasing price/mortgage structure that led me to have to scramble to move funds around. I highly recommend asking any and all questions that you might have and getting things in writing to ensure that there is alignment across the communications!
