β β β β β After this location forgetting ingredients for my last 2 orders at the drive thru, it is time to review. The first time about 5 days ago, I ordered a taco salad and they did not pack the chilli. Today I ordered 3 salads and specifically asked them to confirm everything was there due to my previous experience. Well they did not pack the dressing for the salad and when I called the location, as advised if this happened again, the manager said " Oh we will give you double dressing next tine". Ummm what good will that do??? How about you make sure your staff does their job right and you treat your customers properly when you mess up orders??? We pay good money to get the CORRECT orders. Fix your location!!

β β β β β This is one of many fast food outlets in this area. It stands out as one of the better. Consistently providing good service and good food. It is rare to get any mixup or incorrect orders. Whenever we just want a quick snack or fast meal we know we can count on these folk.

β β β β β Ordered a single patty burger, was given and charged for a triple patty burger, also ordered an iced tea, was given a coke. Bottom bun was burnt and fries were cold. Whoever was on managed to screw up a very basic combo and charged me virtually double for it.

β β β β β Went in to grab a couple of combos, and had to wait for 5 minutes before the worker even said I will be with you in a minute. 3 minutes later she finally took my order.i know the exact times because I was in a hurry. This is supposed to be fast food. The manager didn't manager her 3 other workers very well she tried to do all their jobs at the customers expense.

β β β β β This is literally the worst wendyβs chain or fast food restaurant iβve ever been too. They couldnβt even fulfill a simple order and they missed something so easy on skip. I realize skipthedishes has nothing to do with their incompetence as they forgot it. anyway I called to let them know and the boy on the phone was so unhelpful and rude.

β β β β β This is pathetic, I order myself and my daughter our meals and this is what a 4 piece chicken nugget meal gets you NO CHICKEN. I live 20minutes away and now have to cook for my daughter instead of the treat goingnout is supposed to me. It was obvious they were in a rush but I shouldn't have to check to make sure you do your freaking job.
