The equipment is very good and has a full range of cardio and strength training equipment and weights. Access is by key fob and the monthly cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

C	Chad Brunet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here's the break down on this little...key word...iron paradise. The place is clean, the equipment is newer then most other gyms, not all, but most. The free weights selection is very comprehensive to 110lbs; perhaps 120 I aint there...yet! The fairly newly acquired functional fitness area with a resistance strip about 15-20M long, rowing machines, stair climber, Alpine ski trainer, and two additional squat rack with benches was much needed. Here's the not so good, it's tiny...very tiny, but it's Stony sooo what do you want?The change rooms are not existent, there are 4 fully equipped individual unisex washrooms, and a single half bathroom with a toilet only. Needles to say, but it can get crowded and one is often waiting during peak hours. Gym etiquette is key as it is near other pleasant businesses, and the lack of space cant afford people to have arrogant gym zombies roaming around in it. Overall, for Stony, it's great. Take the same gym and put it in Edmonton or any other major city...toast. However it's well equipped and 24/7 which does spread out the peak hours a tad. Worth a look for sure if your new in town or have a current Anytime membership and need a workout! You read this whole review...stop procrastinating and go lift! ????

Manager was so nice, walked me through the facility and even let me workout for free for the day. I was so impressed with the size, layout and cleanliness of the facility. Have very clean shower facilities as was even more impressed to see baskets of hair spray, razors etc in the bathrooms! Great selection of equipment, good flow and very friendly staff. Thank you so much, I had a great workout and definitely would recommend this gym to anyone in the area! You can really tell they care about their customers experience and offering them the best service possible.

J	Jackson Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively small Fitness Center but it has everything you need to do weight training. It is a 24-hour facility. The drop-in fee is $10 but you can do $20 per week if you're here longer than 2 days. The staff are friendly. It is relatively not that busy but there are some people do drop by for their work out. I was staying on the Best Western Hotel so it was a 3-minute walk from here.

Just like any gyms you’ll have some people acting up but that’s not the gym fault some people are just going through their issues. If you’re looking for a gym in Spruce grove or stony plain or those area, this is the place to be ???? (no i don’t work there lol, i just really like the space and mind you i tried many other gyms in Edmonton

The gym is always very clean, and staff are extremely friendly. This is the first gym I’ve actually been able to consistently stick with. Thank you anytime fitness for helping me keep active and healthy.
