Not usually busy at the times I've gone in and I haven't had to make an appointment yet. And they do really lovely work!

Dirty Rags by the sink, where you are supposed to wash your hands. & I asked for a French manicure with blue tips , and they ended up looking like some cartoon fingers Joke of an place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The gel application was lumpy, the place looks dirty, especially their brushes, nail containers, etc. Never coming back to this place again. save your money and go somewhere else, not worth $80 when all i asked for is a simple polish with glitter on the ring finger.

The technician then started putting on gel nails and I stated no I wanted acrylic. The technician stated they don’t focus on acrylic even though this wasn’t mentioned when making an appointment, when confirming acrylic before she started, and the fact they advertise acrylic nails on their webpage and on the front of their store front. The technician argued with me why gel was better (even though this was not asked for). There was no apologies, she did not try to fix this error, and continued to try to justify what she was doing. The technician is not the customer and shouldn’t paying customers get the service they request and what they pay for? Not at Deluxe nails they will do what they want, not be sorry nor care. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Definitely won’t be back. Highly recommend going somewhere else where you receive the service you request. Would love to speak to a manager about this!

I have been so impressed by the longevity and durability of these nails as well! They have a great colour selection and are very patient at each step. The owner Tran and her sister An are so talented! Overall just a really great experience. Thank you so much!
