Losing weight and/or gaining muscle is hard work, but if you're serious about making changes to your lifestyle, then there is no better place to go. Greg, Ki, Akash and Amir are all awesome trainers and coaches.

I have come here since moving to markham at the start of 2021 to build muscle on my arms and tone my core and have received much more than just a gym compared to other personal trainers that I have been to. One of the best decisions I have made. I will be here for life.

The trainers are absolutely wonderful, kind, and motivating. They really show interest and care about their clients and their success and goals. The clients are also just as wonderful. Everyone is very positive and always greeting each other.

I really enjoy going to the classes; fitness is something that can sometimes be difficult to maintain but their supporitve staff make it super easy. They really motivate me to push myself inside the gym and be diligent with my diet outside the gym. I've been going for a month now and I believe both my physical and mental health have improved. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t beat Evolution Chamber! I’ve been to large mid and small chain gyms, nothing comes close to the intensity and training that I get here. I’ve had the opportunity to do classes with all the trainers and they each bring their own style and passion to every session that is unmatched. Lead by the Big Chief (Greg), everyone there truly cares about your evolution inside and outside the gym. This makes a big difference and makes if feel like you are exercising with friends and family. Best fitness choice I’ve ever made.
