Instructors (Acky & Beth) are amazing, creative and passionate about helping everyone achieve their fitness goals. Classes are tough but the results are undeniable and will positively effect all aspects of life.

All classes are amazing; you sweat, get stronger and is super challenging, resulting a great workout each time. Acky pushes you to your limit and is super entertaining. I have finally found my gym!!

The sweat is INSANE, but what I love the most is that you actually ENJOY the classes. The classes are unique, intense, challenging and fun. I enjoy pushing myself to a new level each class and leave more and more proud of myself each time. Acky is AMAZING and COMPLETE PHYSIQUE is EVERYTHING!!!!
