He helped me when I was growing out my hair from cancer and made sure that while I was at my most sensitive he made sure the products were gentle, organic and made me feel beautiful. My hair remains healthy and happy because of how well he has done in giving me the looks I wanted. When I was 17 years old i sat in his chair and demanded i wanted short hair... and lets just say i never looked back on going to long hair. He never fails to surprise my sisters and I. They took a glance at my hair once, and demanded to know what guru managed to do all of it. Four years down the road and Shai is the only person i choose to go to every time. I've came with extremely damaged blonde hair and he still manged to fix the nest i walked in with. Thank you Shai for all of your hard work and dedication. You never fail to wow everyone around me. He grasped my edge and clung onto giving me exactly what i wanted every time i aimed to challenge him.
