I’ve been a member for 5.5 years and I love the variety in the classes, the challenge of the exercises and that I get a good sweat in 45 minutes. Perfect combination for a busy working mom. It’s what keeps me sane!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym, excellent coaches and staff. The coaches are super knowledgeable and very upbeat. The staff are very helpful and the facility is clean. There's a Registered Massage Therapist and a Physiotherapist on site, it is a great addition to the gym. I love it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The FIT room is clean and well kept. For me it is close to work and the CLIENTS are all friendly and nice!! You will be greeted by front desk staff, the lovely Rosanna or Laura. Incredible trainers - Anthony, Matthew and Daniel are ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING and PREPARED. They offer a variety of classes, accompanied by great music - 45 minutes and your workout is complete. Check it out - you will not be disappointed!!!

Everyone is so supportive of each other and motivating, the atmosphere is just amazing. The Fit Room has so many different work outs and every day is different, so it literally never gets boring and always surprises my body. I Highly recommend The Fit Room and I'm excited to continue working on my fitness goals at The Fit Room.
