★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just ridiculous! Biggest scam ever, was not professional, or did they care. Bought in our car for a quote, he quoted a ridiculous amount that does not even provide new parts on our brand new car. He quoted a patch up work equvilant for the price value of our car. Additional he lied to our insurance causing more trouble. Sam has an ego and was not helpful at all. Do not recommend at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at my profile you can see I rarely ever post a review, my exception being the service was either amazing or if it really fell short.
So my car was damaged and my insurance company brought me to Fix Auto. Left my car there in horrible condition due to the accident and was concerned about whether or not it'd ever be back to the condition it was before the accident. Well I picked my car up 2 hours ago and wow, it looks amazing. In fact better then before. Incredibly grateful to everybody at Fix Auto. Even through the delays of response from my insurance company and a few other road blocks they took care of it all. Never once did they add any stress to an already stressful situation. %100 would recommend to anyone looking for honest repairs, through insurance or not.
AND!!! THEY FULLY DETAILED THE CAR AT NO CHARGE!

Thank you Fix Auto for the exceptional repair work, the exterior is now spotless again just like the first day I got my car! And thank You for not stopping there but also took the time and effort to detail the interior of the car, I must say it was such a pleasant surprise when I open the door and see everything is perfectly clean again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robert took great care of me! I had rear bumper repairs done and they colour match significantly better than the factory finishes. They are even very knowledgeable in the complex morden car electronics and had properly calibrated the handsfree trunk proximity antenna, a job that usually requires a trip to the dealer!
Fix Auto Richmond Hill has always delivered a highest quality of finishes. They whole process of quoting and scheduling was quick, professional and stress free.
I will highly recommend this shop if quality is what you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fix auto is one of the best company in Richmond hill. my two car Hyundai Tucson and Elantra ultimate hybrid got some very bad dents. I took my both car at this location and believe me i was very happy when i got my car brand new. They have done excellent job. although Elantra hybrid body parts took four weeks, but it was not there foult the car is new and Hyundai took time to deliver them new parts. I will recomend this to every one who need original work for their car. Thank You very much. keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly parents gave us their car having given up driving. Needless to say it had a few dents and scrapes that might be expected when the drivers have failing eyesight etc.. FIX AUTO gave us a very reasonable quote and finished the work expertly and on time and the car looks brand new. Whereas before my wife thought people were judging her driving based on all the dents, she now drives this fully restored car proudly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with this body shop. It took almost 3 months to repair my vehicle after an accident. When trying to call them, there was always an excuse such as “we just changed ownership” or “the parts are on back order. When I requested the details of the parts order, turned out some of the parts were ordered a month later after the car was dropped off.
The on-site staff has no clue what is going on and can never provide you with information. Turns out the car is also not being repaired on site: it was dropped off in Richmond Hill but it was being repaired in Brampton in a body shop with a different name. It is uncertain how they transported the car back to Richmond Hill after it was repaired. I suspect somebody actually drove it as there were mud splashes from the tires on the body of the car.
After the car was picked up, the “low tire pressure” indicator was on. They didn’t even bother to clear that.
No, I would not recommend this body shop.
