The website was easy to use and the food was ready on time. A little disappointing that a dinner for 4 people, costing over $70, has not a single napkin or utensil in the bag. Food was ok.

We went to the Stony Plain one at 7:00 pm , to a dirty table. After almost 10 minutes a girl came by and told another guy to clean off over previous customers drinks etc. He came and took the glasses and left the table dirty. He never returned. I stoped the girl and asked her if she could clean our table. It was now 15 minutes and we didn’t even have a menus yet . Poor, poor service. It looked like they had enough staff, just not competent enough.

When it came time to pay, she said she never said that, and threatened to bring out a a manager. I did not want to cause a scene. We waited a total of 1 hr for food, and it came out wrong twice, the beers were flat. Not coming back for a while! Also not a good time for my birthday :( food was great though!

The food could have been better, but still a good place. I got to see the Oilers eliminate the Flames here so it will always have a special place in my heart ;)

I asked her if she was feeling alright, she said that she was exhausted, and confided in me that it wouldn’t surprise her if she was getting sick because of coworkers who had been at work while sick. I asked why she wasn’t at home/people had been coming in sick. Apparently the staff is scared to take sick days because the manager had let other staff go for taking time off sick! Really? In the middle of a pandemic?! Absolutely disgusting. The fact that I noticed the server seemed off and the management either didn’t notice or care makes me wonder what else slips under the radar there. Nope. Never again!!
I	Ignacy Broda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had lunch during rush hour on a Wednesday. Service was great. Our Server Chelsea (who is an absolute babe) was super friendly and attentive to our table. I love this place and recommend the delicious dry ribs!

The staff that was there were friendly but I had my waitress who I believe is the manager take my drink before I was even done not to mention almost 15 minutes before we got drinks then almost 2 hours for our food to show up I had asked for an extra addition to my order and if I didn't mention it I wouldn't have received the second piece of fish and it was blamed on the tablets they use when I believe pen and paper is much easier to work with. This place is poorly run and some of the waitresses seemed like they didn't want to be there. For a Saturday I understand being busy but I've been to other places just like ojs even busier and had friendly service food and drinks all at an appropriate time and left happy every time this was my first and last time going there for a meal.
