I order an spicy habeñero with extra sauce but there is no sauce came.and the fries though its like super old. so please just close it.. Lots of people complain in this mcdonalds and nothing’s change.. So please just close it!!! i will never order here again.. If somebody see this review trust me its not worth it wasting money in this place..

F	Frank Svenshek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen an ad for the “Bigger Big Mac” and it looked good so decided to stop at the Stony Plain McDonalds and get one. I paid for the meal and this is what I got. Not only was it the regular skinny patty burger but looked like it was in a train wreck. What a disappointment. Next time I’ll open it up before I drive away.

Then I asked the person that took my money to make sure the fries are fresh please. They said no problem. At the last window the first thing is said was are thoes fries going to be fresh do you think? They said of course but we needed to pull ahead to wait for the rest of our order. We only ordered about 6 burgers with one order of FRESH FRIES. We sat there for at least 20 minutes. Maybe even longer. We thought for sure they forgot about us. But eventually it came out to us. The fries we received were absolutely NOT fresh! They were almost cold in temperature and they were flopping over the sides of the container. The fries looked droopy and sad. We then had to go into the drive-thru again to get ACTUAL FRESH FRIES
M	Ma Hof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 most recent times I've been to this mcdonald's my order has been messed up. Yesterday when our family went after swimming the staff got 2 parts of our order wrong! Not only that but while we were eating 2 different drive thru customers came inside because their orders were messed up. The staff were quick and nice to rectify but I personally think free ice cream coupons, hot pies, muffins, or donuts... something should be given out. For example, if at night you have 10 donuts going to waste why not hand those out. Especially to those drive thru customers who now have to come inside!

Then when I go inside it takes on average 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I am standing at the till. On the upside the food is at the perfect temperature for my child to eat immediately!!

The employees there are very friendly and polite and always have a great mood which I feel is contagious! Keep up the good work. I’ve only used walk-in once and it took way longer than the drive thru usually would but otherwise it’s a great place with some nice employees. Keep up the good work! There is most often parking available to the front or side of the McD.

I run an out of school care program and as an end of Winter break we did an appreciation lunch for the kids and got them all happy meals. The kids were so excited until they attepted to eat their cheeseburgers. Completely inedible. $100 spent on a lunch for the kids that they couldnt even eat. Do better. Take some pride in your work. And definitely dont stick monstrosities like this in the childrens happy meals.
