★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesel pump isnt working again. Been sitting here for 10 minute have 50 L of fuel in my slip tank. Last time using this gas station. Make a phone call and get it fixed ! Not difficult. I buy a min of 170 L of diesel and 130L of gas here everyday. Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go and fill up my tire the air pump is broken. I usually don’t bother here but it was super low and there was no sign on the machine -so I put a dollar in and it turned on but there was no air pressure. I went in to let the woman know and to get my dollar back and the clerk simply would not give me my money back. Said it wasn’t technically their machine. Maybe say it’s out of order? Ironically the 711 down the street actually turned the pump on for free for me. I will never go to this petrocanada again. It may be only a dollar but it was the principle and I was knowingly ripped off and if that were me I would’ve given a dollar out of my own pocket instead of say oh well not my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I no longer like popping into this PC ... the girl who works there is unfriendly ... she had some paperwork in front of her today left me standing there... then told me to put my own purchases through the scanner... I wanted some pods... she kinda tossed them on the counter along with a bag... honestly!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what poor customer service. Lady behind the counter stood there with her arms crossed, refused to scan my items and told me to scan my own. Well actually not poor customer service... just NO customer service. Pretty soon we won’t need cashiers behind the counter anymore, worked yourself out of a job. Well done.
Will never go back to this place again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ why does it state its open 24/7 but whenever i go later at night anytime after 10:00pm the doors always locked but i was able to go in at 3:00am and it was unlocked can you please post the actual times your open i hate walking through the cold just to turn around empty handed
