I am extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism! UPS came to my house to deliver my new phone. I have a camera at the front door and was able to see that the man dropping my package off made no effort to get it to me. He didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. He just placed the sticker on the door indicating to pick it up elsewhere. There were lights on in the house and vehicles in the driveway (clearly someone was home). When I went to get it, I was unable to pick up my package because my phone account is under my fiance's name, who is out of town working. Because this UPS employee did not take any consideration for the customer they were supposed to be serving, I had to go two weeks without a phone until my fiance could pick it up. The delivery man disregarded the importance of the package he was supposed to deliver.

I sent 3 boxes full of clothes and shoes to myself as I was moving to a different country. Not only did these packages arrive 3 weeks after the promised delivery date but they were in horrendous condition. I was missing items (there were single shoes left in the box because the other of the pair had disappeared), my clothes had scuffs and stained, and the boxes looked like they had been driven over by a truck. there were holes in the boxes and they were falling apart. I opened a dispute with UPS for damaged and missing items and they declared that theres nothing they can do because the boxes were "packaged improperly". I was told that the store would be who is taking care of my claim. This store was uncommunicative, pushed blame, and essentially said that there is nothing that you are willing to do. The boxes were brand new staples boxes packed full with clothing and secured with black gorilla duct tape. Super disappointing that I paid over $300 to ship these items just for them to arrive with so much damage and items missing. All of the guarantees and protections that are stated on UPS's website are untrue. In the event of an unsavoury situation they will push blame and avoid any type of compensation at all costs. I would recommend going with another company if you'd actually like your items to reach the destination in one piece.

I have been a po box user for many years as i work all over canada. This is one of the best stores I have used to date. The customer service is amazing. They call you when a new package arrives and they will go out of thier way to help you out. Thanks for the great service.

I received absolutely atrocious customer service here today, November 10th 2021 by the lady that works there. I had a large parcel to send out and she would not take it there. Sent me to the Edmonton warehouse which has been closed to the public for the last year and a half. So after almost 2 hours of driving I was not able to send my parcel out. And then I called to let her know so that it was closed and that she gave me bad information she was very abrasive on the phone.

Came in on a Saturday morning. Associate was 10+ minutes late. I was in a rush and haven't used ups before so I filled out the document best I could. Person said it was all he needed. I Sent a LETTER. Charging to receivers account. Person wouldn't tell me how much it would be even though I and a couple different ways. They kept dodging the question. I wasn't paying so I wasn't worried. I assumed it would be reasonable. I got an invoice a few weeks later saying I owed $41 for a 12lb package. That's completely fraudulent. Assuming that the other side would just pay whatever and not notice. I let the receiver know immediately. Don't trust them. Make sure everything is filled out exactly or use someone else. Edit: now I'm continuing to get automated phone calls and letters and they are charging interest fees on the outstanding payment. I called the number on the invoice and they said they aren't the right people to talk to. If you have had things gone ok using them, fine, but if you're considering using them, don't.

The Indian fellow, Jaisen was very kind and helped me during a rush situation. He promptly got my orders taken care of and guided me properly through each step of the way. This is one of my favorite UPS stores and I am always happy to see Jaisen behind the counter. The store is always kept clean and professional as well.
