I called this company to help me sell my house. the lady said she'd get back to me right away and they never called me back.
And 2 Days Later I called again the receptionist said she passed the message to the same lady I spoke to before and still no phone call back. There's no point using Diamond Realty unless you own a mansion and you can make them a lot of commission.
If you own a small house it's not worth their while. They could have called me back and told me that they're not going to make enough profit off me to Warrant their time.
Just terrible customer service.
There are lots of good real estate companies out there. this isn't one of them

She was beside us all the way with our purchase way back and then helped my mom find a great place.

If you want someone who doesn’t think location matters all that much.
If you want someone who has no idea about marketing a luxury home.
If you want someone who talks you into lowering the price of you home in a market that is rising.
If you want someone to ignore other offers and talks you into dropping your price when you shouldn’t be.
If you want someone who disappears the minute you question her methods and how she handled a multiple offer so unprofessional.
If you want someone who lost you over $135,000.00 and possibly more through poor negotiations.
