a	angel j on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just like to give a great big thank you to Daryl King and The Daryl King team for doing such an incredible job of selling our house for the highest price on the street ever, and the highest price in the whole subdivision ever. We were fortunate enough to meet Daryl a few years back at the real estate wealth expo when he was speaking with Tony Robbins, Pitbull, and some other great speakers and he was very gracious and very helpful at that time. So when it was time to sell our house, the only one we were going to call is Daryl! Daryl came and met us, and went over step-by-step the selling process. He had it professionally staged, and a professional photographer with a gorgeous virtual tour done. And, you know, a lot of the people were trying to get a much lower price, but with Daryl’s strong negotiating skills and expertise we sold for a much higher price. And not only that, he really went out of his way because there was another house that was similar to ours and they were way lower priced than we were and Daryl had called the agent up and told them not to sell it for so low that the, they could get a better price than they're going to get. So they ended up taking $80,000 more than they would have taken, which again, helped us on our selling our house at a much higher price. I don't know what other agent would have done that. We truly appreciate him for going out of his way and working so hard to get us top dollar for our house. Thank you, Daryl King and his team immensely. We highly recommend them to everybody.
