Visited twice in two weeks. Very Poor service.No product knowledge. Bought a walker with pc points only out of necessity. Prices are way too high.Seniors get ripped off.Dont shop at wellwise. Seniors should be looked after,not ripped off.

I have been a customer many times at the Shoppers Home Health Care stores. On August 26, I visited store at Six Points Plaza, now called Wellwise. I couldn't believe my eyes at first. What a beautiful store with employees who provide amazing customer service! I was immediately greeted by Amanda who was so friendly and genuinely interested to help me. I was so impressed with her knowledge and honest recommendations. I purchased everything that will help me manage my pain and improve my everyday life routine. Amanda is so professional and made me feel so good. What a great customer service!!! I will be her loyal customer!

Best customer service by Amanda, I should say exceptional service. She goes above and beyond on how she helps customers. I did visit this store for first time and she made sure I was happy with her exceptional service in selection of Knee Brace and precautions

This store is horrible. I’d give zero star if there’s a choice. My mom just bought a walking cane and the product is defective. She took it to the store and the store manager refuse to return or give her refund. And tried to blame on her saying that she broke it. And told her she needs to wait for 90 days until the manufacturer can fix/return the product. Even though the store return policy is 30 days and that the customer has no relationship with the manufacturer! How can you treat customers like this?! You need to give us the refund.

Recently had the opportunity to buy a rollator walker for my mother at Wellwise. Right from the beginning, we were greeted with a smile by the young gentleman named Sagar. He showed us various options and helped us choose the best one for my mother. He was very calm and answered all the questions very well. I am satisfied with the service that was provided to me by the store. Keep up the great work!

High prices, poor customer service and unskilled sales representatives. I ordered a compression stockings for $175 from Wellwise. After 10 days, I could receive it from the store. First of all, color was not right; but I still took, so that I don't wait another 10 days. After 4 days of wearing it, I had bruises on my thighs which felt very itchy, even bleeded after scratching. I returned the item and they ordered a new stockings with a different material. When I complained to customer service about the bruises I had, the customer service representative told me to call the manufacturing company. After that, I wrote to Wellwise Head Office, and I never got a reply. Retail stores have to handle customer complaints themselves, not tell you to call the manufacturing company. I would advise to avoid shopping from here if you don't have to.

Total lack of service - Uninformed employees - Ready to check into the nearest Mental Institution. Was looking for info on a Velcro Leg Wrap - Waited "ON HOLD" for 45 Minutes then hung up. Forced to choose a star rating before I could post!
