Well Fed Clinic is formerly known as The Alex Breastfeeding Clinic. Our goal is to provide high quality care focusing on wellness and feeding during the post partum period.
We are experienced family physicians who are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants certified (IBCLC) or working towards our certification.
We know parenting can be challenging and the team at Well Fed are here to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough fabulous things about this place and Dr. Lamond. I was referred here from the hospital after my little guy was born for a tongue tie and then help with his latch. Dr. Lamond was so caring and extremely knowledgeable. I wish everyone could be blessed enough to have the support of Dr. Lamond post partum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting with Well Fed for 3 weeks now as my little one had a tongue tie among other issues with feeding. We still have a ways to go in our breastfeeding journey but I always leave the clinic feeling a little more confident. Staff are always very friendly and I appreciate everything they are doing to promote sanitation while we are dealing with Covid. Although my husband is disappointed that he can't come to appointments, we were able to video chat today and he was able to ask questions as well. I am happy to feel like someone is finally there to listen to me and help me, not just for a 15 minute appointment, but for the long haul as well. I feel so supported by the doctors and staff at Well Fed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to Well Fed when I had my daughter in 2018, this place is absolutely amazing ladies! Kelsey the receptionist is super sweet and goes above and beyond to get appointments and fun conversation. Dr. Lamond is more than an amazing doctor, she knows EVERYTHING about babies and helped me through breastfeeding challenges. I trust her with my life! She was a huge support for me as well because I had just lost my mom to cancer and now had this little baby to figure out. Then just 16 short months later I was lucky enough to see Dr. Lamond again and knew I was in good hands with my son, and once again got our weight on track and more due to Covid throwing a few wrenches into things.
Thank you to everyone at Well Fed I couldn't have done it without you! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience with staff and physicians. They provide exceptional care for parent and child; great support especially as a first time mom and not knowing what to do. I never felt rushed in appointments and I was always given many options so that we could figure out a plan I was comfortable with. The front staff were wonderful, always friendly and accommodating.

I went from worrying whether I’d have to give up on breastfeeding at two months to still breastfeeding my baby at almost a year — all thanks to their support, excellent advice (both as professional consultants and as moms themselves), and stellar care. ♥️
Shoutout to Dr. Marta Kozlowska who has supported us since my baby was two weeks old, Dr. Shawna Lamond who worked on my baby’s tongue-tie, and Kelsey who is super sweet and diligently follows-up on my requests for appointments. I don’t know how I would’ve managed the feeding journey without them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience ever at this clinic and I don’t know where these good reviews come from.
Although I should’ve expected it the moment I pulled up. Your nothing but another number in line. I was treated with zero respect, the doctor was in and out, hardly listened to me, and touched and grabbed at my baby which was COMPLETELY unacceptable.
My baby screamed the entire time and I was so fresh postpartum and desperate for help I couldn’t even fight back. Of course your partner isn’t allowed in the appointment with you, so I didn’t even have that support and someone to advocate for me. The same partner that was at my BIRTH and in the hospital and attended ALL Of my other appointments literally everywhere else just days prior.
I’m sorry but if I’m seeing someone regarding a revision and possible surgery to OUR baby, he deserves to be involved.
I was told my baby was hooked on plastic, (nipple shields) and then she proceeded to give me even LARGER nipple shields to cover up the problem and sent me on my way.
Thank you for damaging my breast feeding journey and confidence even more.
Thank goodness I’m now I’m a much better place due to getting care, PAYING for proper care and people to take care of and support me.
You get what you PAY for.

Very knowledgeable doctors that you can count on to help you in your breastfeeding journey. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this clinic for new moms!

My son had severe lip and tongue ties, causing breastfeeding and nipple pain that surfaced after my supply regulated, 2 months into our journey. Working with Dr. Lamond and Dr. Kozlowka has been immensely valuable. The entire team at Well Fed, is kind, professional and supportive. Highly recommend!
