★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eye examination went flawless, Not giving 5 stars because they didn’t put a PD (pupal distance measurement) which they know I need to get my frame lenses re done.
They want you to buy a new set of glasses just for one simple measurement. I’ve heard of sales tactics but this takes it up a notch and the practice is very questionable.
Went to another vision Center and got it for free.

Had a vision test for my kid in the first week of July, Was recommended for a different spectacles which was ordered the same day. I was told the glasses would be shipped to my home directly in two weeks. which has not happened so far( 4 weeks). Upon connecting the centre which is apparently undergoing renovation, I have been getting evasive answers and the lady on the other end of the phone is not evening willing to provide the tracking number or contact details of her manager which is very unprofessional. I was told that the manager would get in touch last week itself and no one has reached out to me so far... My child is without her glasses for four weeks now due to the callous, unprofessional service. I am in helpless and hopeless situation for opting to their service that too by paying more than 300 dollars not to forget putting my kids vision at risk.. The least the centre could do is communicate with the clients if there is any delay and train the staff at the reception to delegate the issue to someone in the event they were not able to resolve the matter...
