★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite place to visit and it has been an amazing experience all the time. Very friendly staff, Best customer service, the place is super clean, warm atmosphere and the coffee and food is delicious. I hope to visit again soon. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalled at the rudeness and cheapness of the manager/owner. I ordered a cookie and sat down. Sometime later I ordered a kids size hot chocolate that I have been ordering for years. The manager quickly responded with “kids is for kids” I didn’t think much of it and changed the size of my drink. As, the rude and cheap manager made my drink she spilt it all over the countertop and cup. I watched her wipe the countertop and the cup with a rag she had just used to “clean” all the dirty tables. She cleaned majority of the cup but a large amount was still on the side of the cup and she had also wiped the lid with the rag. I asked nicely for another cup and she quickly and rudely responded with “why do you need another cup” I responded with “it’s dirty” she cleaned it and handed me it. I felt disgusted at how cheap she was. I paid about 6 dollars for some milk and chocolate in a cup. The least she could do is give me a clean cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into waves and I ordered a cappuccino. As soon as I got my drink I realized it was really really hot but didn't think anything of it. I took one sip just to see how hot it was and I burnt my tongue. The drink was made way to hot. My tongue is still burnt and is sensitive when I eat or drink certain things now because the drink was made to hot. Also went to go sit down at waves and the lady told me sitting down in our business is only for customers who buy something. It was cold outside so I decided to buy a caramel Macchiato. Once again when I got my drink it was very hot. I almost burnt my tongue again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing mochas, very clean and friendly coffee shop, but high school students are giving them hard time during lunch hour and super hard to control them, there’s security guard outside controlling the students which is nice for regular customers that enjoy the coffee. Thank you for always serving me my hot delicious dark mocha with amazing service.
