A	Anwar Alsyouf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a facial there and it was really bad only 9 minutes and they took 45$ only putting a moisturizer and rubbing it with machine!! I did manicure as well and they left a lot of the dead skin and she did my facial while my manicure still wet so all of them got ruined! My friend did her nails too and they got bubbles on top and the top coat srinked to the middle??? Don’t why it’s almost five reviews they really rush!!

Staffs are friendly and outgoing. I also noticed that they take Covid-19 protocol seriously so I felt really comfortable staying there. Such an interesting experience for my trip.

Brenda and her team always do the best job on my nails and pedicure also. One thing to notice when I come to the salon is that it is very clean and bright. The staffs are always welcoming even when I arrive a bit late. they have tons of shellac colors to choose and it is always a hard time for me to pick the color. The solar nail extension last very well. I have been sticking with the solar nails for years. Love it! Highly recommend Pearl Nails Salon. However, sometimes it is very busy, so you should book an appointment ahead of time.
A	Anar Todrol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brenda did terrible job on my pedicure and she was on the phone all the time during pedicure. Phone was ringing constantly as they just opened from being closed. So it took longer to do my pedicure as she was taking reservations. Though I tipped her 15%. 15 min later, I called back once I got home noticed how the nail polish was and had calisus she barely scrubbed. She said come tomorrow but I couldn’t come due to having a 4 months old baby and covid so didn’t want to bring my baby to nail salon. Trying to find time is just hard and during covid I don’t have anyone helping. I called today wanting come tomorrow and since the nail is grown I need new pedicure but I wanted discount and Brenda told me she can’t. Because she said it was for that day only and didn’t call back. She just lost a possible regular customer. I will take my business elsewhere where there’s better service.

I’ve been going to this salon since I moved to Calgary 5 years ago. This salon has been a go-to place whenever I want my nails done. Making an appointment is super easy, all you need to do is ring the phone and they will have you set up the appointment right away. I suggest you make an appointment before you come, because the walk-in line is always full most of the time. When I first came here, I was scared because of how the other store messed up my nails and didn’t want to fix it. I was looking around and found pearl nails on google. They greeted me right away when I entered the store, I was explaining my problems and they said they will fix right away. They were professional on everything they did and fixed my problems in 10 minutes, and my nails looked 10x better than how it looked before I came to them. They gained my trust after the 1st visit; Not only that they are super friendly and always listen to your request and try their best to do it for me. I’m so happy that I found them and will always come back here for more services. Highly recommend!! ?
