Originally left a one star review five months ago due an encounter with a real sourpuss at the till. I have updated it to reflect my typical and current experience at this location. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. Hands down my favorite Starbucks.

I always pre-order my drink and they never fail to have it waiting for me at the counter upon arrival. The best location in my experience as they consistently craft my order of a Blonde Americano Misto with oat milk to perfection!

Food/drinks are always good but service was amazing! Especially Sahar. I dropped my phone at the Starbucks parking lot and Sahar happened to find. She was so kind and even waited more than 10min in the cold to give it to me. Thank you so much and I hope to see you again!

Last Saturday it took them 25 minutes on the clock to pour a venti dark roast black. Twenty. Five. Minutes.... And only after I raised my voice to the manager who promptly poured it and gave it to me. None of the 10 workers (8 at the front and 2 in the back) I counted was able to do it. That includes the person who took my order who only needed to turn around, grab the cup and pour it. That is not acceptable. I also counted they served 4 orders that came after mine and about a dozen "pick up orders"......

Only time I go here is when there is no other option, plan to wait at least 30 minutes no matter how slow it is inside, always understaffed, the prioritize drive thru over people inside. Also the baristas tend to make mistakes with the drinks. You also need to check everything they put down on the counter because they can't be bothered with even calling out the names on the orders.

The whole team can comfortably have one staff at the counter working on the order, ignore the waiting queue and have the other 5 staffs pretend to be busy around here and there. Also that only one serving staff seem to really welcome customer with a big smiley face to jump the queue and ignore the few others waiting there for minutes.

Worst customer service today at this location. The line up was long during noon on a Tuesday. Waited to get my ONE coffee and A cheese string for 25mins. I indicated I need to get going if they don’t have the cheese string just refund me. (Yes, took my orders three cars ahead and did not have things ready at the window!!!) I feel like staffs were not trained professionally on how to communicate with their customers nor with their coworkers. The attitude was very unpleasant (no apology whatsoever) she said β€œI will go check again okay? If we don’t have it then I will refund you okay?” If you are so unhappy at your work maybe you should quit your job.

Returned after a several year avoidance of the place. Returned again and nothing has changed. Slow service. They put inexperienced staff on til. Debit machine crashed, cash register crashed. Watched at least 6 customers walk out. The leader's help was only marginally helpful and minimal customer service skills were demonstrated. Miserable experience, will not be returning for another several years.
