They arrived a few minutes early with the entire trip mapped out, ready to go! The driver was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The limo was comfortable, clean stocked water and glasses for drinks. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking them again in the future!

My Bf and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and wanted to make it extra special, so I contacted four limo service companies in the area(from Owen Sound to Kitchener). Waterloo Limo had the best price for the distance we were going! We got the limo to pick us up at home in Harriston, ON and drive us to Pearson Airport in Toronto. We were delighted with how friendly and professional our driver was. To top off the exceptional service, Cris made it easy to arrange and accepted e-transfer for payment!! I have already recommended Waterloo Limo to two of my friends who asked what company we used. We will defiantly book again!

Cris was very easy to work with for the booking, accommodating and prompt with responses. The day of the event was great. Sean, the driver, was on time for the pick up, delivery to TO and return with the group (he is also a saint for listening to the music that 11 partying women played at full blast the whole way back!). 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for any other services I need in the future.

We used their limo service to go from where we were getting ready to the church as well as their Rolls Royce as our get away car. The vehicles were clean and drivers complied with COVID regulations. Both our drivers were very friendly. Most importantly the planning process was easy! Cris was super helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner. Both services were on time and we couldn't be happier.
