JIT Transport

This a highly professional service. The drivers are very personable and punctual. Your safety is their priority. This is our second time using this service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

It was a bad weather, so much time delayed but our driver Ahmet manage to track the plane arrival and wait for us for a couple of hours. When we came out to the arrival area he showed up quickly, he's very professional driver and cool, I feel safe, he was trying to help to carry our luggage but we don't have that much. He offered chocolate, it was so yummy. I noticed there's a drinks on the car but I don't know it was meant for us? I'm not thirsty anyways. (If I do, I'm gonna ask for it) Oh yeah before I forget, Amhet also gave us a detailed description of the car, with the license plate, color, type of car, terminal and section to meet and all that and he kept on communicating with us. Car rent is not that expensive, one thing I don't like is the car refresher or the perfume... too strong for me ( not to mention my nose is very sensitive to perfume)?that makes me feel a little bit dizzy, I love to smell the lemon scent a bit but not that strong. Other than that, out experience in JIT Transport was awesome, and definitely I will recommend it to a family or friends..

Thanks Ali and Ahmet! 100% on customer service. I booked with Jit because I wanted to make sure our ride would be there for 4:30 a.m. There were 0 issues and I will be using Jit in the future, hands down best car service that I have used.

I'm highly suspect of seeing only 5 stars. When i booked, i was unable to reach anyone on the phone after many tries. This was red flag number 1. I ended up booking it online and received a "confirmation" email and I also read where a said driver would make contact the day before. This is the first time using this service. Nobody contacted me the day before so i tried to reach them both email and phone calls. Nobody answered emails and i only got an answering machine twice. Now it's the day of the pickup and i'm waiting outside and i had a very bad feeling after 15 minutes. I waited 35 minutes past my pickup time before calling and once again, only got an answering machine. I went back inside to write email again AND call again. No response and left messages. I go back outside just in case and finally a person calls me and said he's on the way. It's now 45minutes late and i'm still arranging for another way to get to the airport because i don't trust them at this point. ..almost 1 hour late, the car shows up and the driver makes up stories. I did make my flight but i will certainly NOT be using them ever again. The only thing that saved me was that i was travelling during covid and heard about nightmare lines at the airport so i arranged to be at the airport many hours early. It's weeks later now and nobody has responded to my emails or anything. There's no way my scenario is only one of 2 similar experiences. edit after seeing response on May13. ...my flight was April 23, 22 I was "booked" for an 8am pickup. Ahmet was kind, friendly and we had an awesome conversation. He opted to leave a car seat we didn’t need at our house and go back to pick it up after dropping us off. Awesome customer service. Would recommend

Excellent service. Our driver (Ali) was great. He was right there waiting for us and was courteous. The packets of Dads cookies and bottles of water were much appreciated after a long flight. Well done !!

Loved our airport pickup last night from Pearson, after being away for a couple of weeks. Our driver Ahmet was so wonderful, would highly recommend him! Super clean and comfortable car, great calm and peaceful personality made the drive back to Waterloo such a relaxing experience after being in transit for over 20 hours. We kept in touch throughout the day with various flight delays, and even with that, we still kept him waiting about an hour with the craziness at the airport these days, but Ahmet took all that in stride. Thank you!

This was the first time we have booked with this company. We were super impressed at the level of service. Getting the text from Ali the night before and then again when he was on the way to pick us up was great. Same thing when he text to say he was at the airport on our arrival. However, the most important was how he was such a great driver. I was in a head on collision in Dec 2019 Since then I have not been in a car driven by anyone else other than family. I was nervous getting into the car, but soon felt more at ease. We will for sure book again with you!
