Countless times this winter did not come or was extremely late. Many times my son has had to catch the city bus and been late for classes. He's received many tardies and absences which go on his record. He's stood in the pouring rain and had to catch a city bus and sit in soaked clothes all day. If u don't have enough qualified drivers don't take contracts !!!

Either the bus is chronically late on a daily basis both in the morning and the afternoon by 30-45 minutes or it doesn't come at all. THE WORST PART IS THAT WE WILL GET NOTIFICATION E-MAILS 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL AND PICKUP! If you're short on drivers, then let us know as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements. You can't expect people to drop everything and change their schedule on the fly, especially when you have little kids involved. You should know ahead of time that you don't have drivers showing up for work, so show the same curtesy to the people that you are working for: the kids and their families. Called Mike and left a message. Hopefully you'll get back to me so we can address this ongoing issue.

Tried calling to complain, seems no one is there to answer the phone, no email contact, not sure how you're supposed to get a hold of anyone.
