★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Black Car for the first time on my return trip from Pearson Airport to Waterloo. I was with a competitor previously but was not happy. Black car was outstanding in many areas. When I arrived at their desk, terminal 1, it took no more than 4 minutes for the driver to arrive. DENIS was professional while friendly! He took my bags and offered me water the minute I got in! I was able to see the dash board from the back and he never exceeded 105 km per hour. For me, it was perfect! DENIS was very attentive to the highway and lane changes were made beautifully! I also liked the fact that booking online was a breeze and no payment was taken until I exited the car at my home! Thank you! I will definitely use their services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just used Blackcar for the first time and I highly recommend it for trips to and from the airport. From the moment I spoke to Dave, to make the reservation, I knew I made the right decision. He was so helpful and assuring that all would be well, and it was!
Both drivers, George and Janet, were professional, yet friendly. They were helpful with the luggage, had a clean and sanitized vehicle and drove with care and caution.
I will definitely use Blackcar services again and have already recommended it to my sister, who will be arriving in Toronto next week.
