β β β β β I left my watch with them to remove condensation (at "no charge"). Instead when I returned the next day my watch was completely dismantled and I was told it would be put back together if I would pay the guy. NOT cool!!

β β β β β Great service, I had my watch battery replaced and I am very happy with the result, staffs are very friendly and nice. The price is good and worth it. I would highly recommend this place.

β β β β β To my surprise the Bay charges almost double what Time & Gold charges, a stones throw away.
$35 for a watch battery and $12 to adjust a strap.
I have the receipt and took a photo while there.
Go to Time & Gold or anywhere else if you donβt want to get ripped off.

β β β β β Fast and efficient service, associate was able to put my watch strap back on it record time! Didn't catch her name but your watchsmith definitely needs a raise! Highly recommend Hudson's Bay for your watch repair needs.

β β β β β Left a ring for resizing and was told it'd be ready in 2 weeks. I initially thought that was already quite a long time for this fix and I'm disappointed that at 2 weeks it's still not ready for pickup :(
EDIT: Turns out the ring was misplaced and hence not resized in time, but then Lyndell was super helpful in getting this resolved for me within a day.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. Unable to change a watch battery Iβve have had it changed there many times before. When asked why. The reply they no longer have a person able to do it? Meanwhile it was the same person working that changed it last time. The bay is one foot in the bankruptcies grave. Will never step foot in this store again. Good luck with your business bay. Update: went to western watch and clock repair and the gentleman changes my battery on the spot. Highly recommend.
