You can tell that Mary (the owner) truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work - such a rare quality to find these days.
She made the process so easy and offered great recommendations.

I researched several different engraving places to get a watch engraved for my fiance as a wedding gift, and this was one of the only places to return my email asking for prices and turnaround time. I brought in the watch on a Monday at lunch and Mary was very helpful with going through the different options for engraving (the watch already had a branded engraving on the back so we altered my original plan to fit the watch). By Thursday morning it was ready to pick up and it was exactly what I was expecting. Mary was very friendly and helpful (even offered to help me change the watch band since I asked her about how to do it), the price was reasonable, and I am very happy with the finished product!
