★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my jewelry and it was damaged rather than repaired. They still charged me for the necklace they cleaned. And just handed back my chipped stone earring. As if not charging for the repair makes up for the damage done to the stone. Thoroughly disappointed. When I called to have it rectified he told me it was “mass produced jewelry” and they “get pieces like that all the time” that damage easily. Not sure why this wasn’t brought forward when I first brought it in if it’s an “all the time” concern of theirs.
