I found Angus to be an excellent trainer! He took the time to do some preliminary fitness testing and to engage in dialogue about my goals. He is consistently well prepared, and is able to pack an efficient workout into a short amount of time, with the kind of intensity that I look for to keep my motivation and fitness improvement on track. Angus is an advocate of fitness tracking for individual success, and consistently provides valuable feedback, form correction and additional workout suggestions. I would recommend EP Fitness Inc. to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a positive, client-focused environment.

I have always had a hard time getting myself to go to the gym or to attend fitness classes... it was never consistent and there were always way too many excuses for me not to go. I finally made the decision to get a personal trainer who can work with me personally and I have to say that it's been the best decision I have made for my health. When you have a personal trainer, it's much harder to cancel on your self because the training is so direct and one on one. Since training with Angus and his team, I have grown tremendously with my fitness abilities. I feel like I'm getting stronger and stronger with each workout and I very much look forward to each session when I used to dread working out. I highly recommend Angus and his team, they are very skilled and make each workout different each time. Invest in your health, it's worth it.

I have really enjoyed my time at EP Fitness, working with Angus. His workouts are always challenging and he really maximizes your time with him. I left every session feeling tired and great! He also likes to switch up your routines, so you're not just doing the same exercises each session; It's never boring! They also have a great online element that really adds value to your training. I honestly cannot recommend EP Fitness enough!

Angus is a fantastic trainer. Every day is a different workout, yet each exercise is geared towards my goals. It's been amazing to see myself get stronger through our work together. Sometimes Angus trains me with my partner, and the team workouts are fun and geared toward each of our different abilities. Angus is always on time and he is committed to my health and fitness; he provides workouts for me to do when I'm out of town and checks in to keep me accountable.

Angus and his team at EP Fitness have given me the best personal training experience I have ever had. I have a very busy schedule, which Angus is always happy to work around. His team is results-oriented, and it shows. I am extremely happy with my fitness level and have shown solid gains from when I started to today. I look forward to improving, which it seems I do every month without fail at EP.

I recently completed a 28 day challenge with EP Fitness and it was the perfect way to dive into working out and getting fit and healthy. The workouts were challenging but "doable" and I always felt a great sense of accomplishment when finished. Angus knows just the right amount of "push" to give. He also is great in keeping in touch via texting to make sure I was on track with my eating and fitness plan for the rest of the week. I have trained with Angus on several occasions and plan to train again. Thank you Angus for being dedicated and caring to your clients. It makes a difference.

I completed a 60 day online Fitness Challenge with Angus of EP Fitness. The program was tailored to my needs, as well as the equipment I had access to, and I found it very well balanced. Angus was an amazing trainer who would keep me motivated while checking in regularly, without being overbearing. Between the meal plans and workouts, the program was easy enough to keep up with, even with a fairly busy life. For me, one of the best parts of the training was the accompanying EP Fitness App, which keeps track of everything in a user friendly way. I would train with Angus again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

I've been training with Angus at EP Fitness for about a year now and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made towards improving my health. I am in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I've always done workouts on and off at home or staying active outdoors (I don't like the gym) but haven't had these kinds of results before. Angus keeps me accountable and continues to challenge where I'm at with strength and endurance, which I realized I wasn't really doing on my own. And I love how every single session with Angus is different. If you're on the fence about getting a personal trainer, invest the money in yourself and your well-being. It's well worth it.
