The noise from the in house so called music was in poor taste and very very loud.
Not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to change my battery for my watch and it was $18. For my second watch I just wanted to put the back on it cost $8. I went to another store and paid $15 to put the battery and $0 to put the back on for the other watch. This place is very expensive and not nice people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my watch battery replaced and now there is a long weird piece of rubber sticking out the back side. I'll have to come back in to get it reopened and fixed - but if the person had just stopped to look at the watch before wrapping it or presenting it to me it could have been avoided. Works fine however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $16 Dollars to size a watch??!! Exorbitant price in Hudson's Bay. The employee told me to come back in 25 minutes, however I stayed close to the area, she finished sizing my husband's watch in 5 minutes and sat there twirling her finger and staring into space. I walked up to her station to pick up the watch and she was startled to see me standing there. Very odd behavior. I won't be going back again. I'm sure there are other businesses that charge more reasonable prices. 2 Stars for quick service and putting the watch in a plastic bag until pick up.
