Store got great selection of mid grade brand new watches to used high end refurbished watches. They have almost everything you looking for. Definitely watch store to go purchase one. Staff are nice and professional. I heard they also do great job at repairing watches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Swiss watch (a wedding gift) from Vahid and I’m very happy about my purchase. The watch came directly from Switzerland and, to my surprise, got to Langley within 5 days (deposit was taken on a Friday and arrived at the store the following Wednesday. It’s probably not the norm but Wow!). Although I live 45+ min drive from Langley, I will not hesitate to buy from him again. Thanks Vahid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Sales, Management and Ownership for 31 years. I have never dealt with such an arrogant owner in my career. I should have worn my Armani suit instead of looking like a scrub. I took my two Tag Heuer watches to Rodeo Jewelers for cleaning. I have written a Google review on Rodeo in the past. Service is outstanding. I will never recommend to my friends to go to It's About Time. Absolutely terrible service and attitude! The price I was quoted to clean my watch was way overpriced compared to Rodeo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have money to spend on a few Swiss watches, but the owner literally chewed out my older kids for pressing a labeled “press here” button on a display music clock within 4 minutes of coming in to the store.
You lost a long time customer who has room for 10 more watches to round out his collection. Arrogance will kill your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my watch in here to replace a battery. They said the watch was broken. Paid to fix then a day later it stopped. Took it back in only to be told it was a different problem. Asked for refund for the first diagnosis and was told flat out to pound sand. Took the watch to another repair shop and it S a $20 fix. This crooked company took me for $170!! They’re arrogant and rude. How they stay in business is a shock to me. Avoid!
